高压细水雾喷头属于高压离心式水雾喷头，水流在螺旋状流道作用下，快速地从喷孔中旋转喷出达到雾化效果。该喷头具有量小，雾滴细、速度高等特点。
中压细水雾喷头属于中压离心式水雾喷头，水流在切线方向流道作用下快速地旋转，从喷孔中喷出达到雾化效果。该喷头具有合适的雾滴直径、雾滴动能大等特点，主要用于中低压单相流细水雾灭火系统。
喷头材质为不锈钢或铜合金，并配有防尘罩，喷放是防尘罩自动脱落。
采用多只喷雾嘴组成的细水雾喷头，与相同流量的其他喷头相比，在其覆盖范围内水雾均匀性好。比径向旋涡雾化的喷嘴，流阻损失少，从而使细水雾更具有初始动能和弥漫姓，可能于大空间场所。
可扑灭B类喷射火、B类油盆火（0#柴油、90#气油）、双侧双排电力电缆火、图书档案火。
